Tropical Service Champions

Tropical Financial Credit Union and its employees are dedicated to providing every member with personalized attention and the very best in customer service. Those employees who are provide superlative service to our members and who demonstrate continuous commitment to our TFCU Mission, Vision and Core Values are recognized through the TFCU Service Champion (TSC) program. Employees may be nominated for a TSC Award when they provide a shining example of our core values in action in the following categories:

External Service Champion

• Recipient of an extraordinary compliment from a Member
• Went beyond the scope of his/her daily duties to assist a Member (as witnessed by a co-worker)

Internal Service Champion

• Went beyond the scope of his/her daily duties to assist a Co-Worker
• Promoted the Credit Union in a way which resulted in increased financial gain or prevented a loss

Service Hall of Fame Award

At the end of each year, the employee who has received the most TSC Awards is recognized for their service at an employee celebration event, profiled in the employee newsletter and honored with a personalized plaque. Each Hall of Fame employee also receives a monetary award and additional Paid Time Off.
